All our cakes are made fresh to order, from locally sourced produce, where possible, to ensure a delicious unforgettable taste. Please get in touch to discuss any dietary specific options as I will always try to be as accommodating as possible to meet your requests.

Loaves

Loaf cakes are not only the perfect accompaniment to morning or afternoon tea although they are right up there on the list, next to a traditional sponge. My family love a cheeky slice of freshly baked banana loaf or rich fruity tea loaf, hot out the oven with lashings of butter, anytime of the day!

Sponge Cakes

Traditional favourites and always light and fluffy. I feel the secret to a fabulous sponge cake is the quality of the jam, curd or preserve that is sandwiched between the cake. Our Zesty Lemon Curd Sponge is a winner using a locally produced curd made in Oxfordshire.

My customers are always keen to describe to me their personal preference of brownie - dense, squidgy, soft centred, doughy. Whatever their preference they always come back for more!

Tray Bakes

I love a traybake! Baking them gives me the opportunity to experiment with the seasons, trends or simply to be a bit different. I love using fresh fruit toppings on shortbread bases or lashings of rich chocolate or salty caramel.
